Candle Making & Creative Workshop FAQS

Can I change the date of my workshop?
Please request any date changes at least 7 working days ahead of your booked workshop. If you're ill or cannot attend the workshop last minute please email support@earlofeast.com so that we can let you know your options.

Can I get a refund on my workshop ticket?
As per our T&Cs, please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable.
However, if you are unable to attend the workshop we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 7 working days notice via email before your booked slot at support@earlofeast.com

What if I turn up late to a class?
Though we ask you to please arrive on time, we’re happy to accommodate latecomers up to 10-15 minutes past the class start time.

Can I choose my candle name and scent on the day of the workshop?
We require you to choose this prior to the session during the booking process, so that we can prepare your workshop station ahead of time.

How many people will be attending my workshop?
Our candle making workshop guest capacity at our Regent Street Store is 8 guests.

How long will the workshop last?
Our candle making workshops are usually around 60 minutes.

Do you have wheelchair access?
The store location of our candle making workshops is subject to change. Please drop us an email at support@earlofeast.com with any accessibility requirements so that we can advise / prepare your space ahead of your workshop. 

Can I bring a plus one if they haven't booked? 
Our workshop space only has the capacity to hold booked guests. But we have a seating area outside of our store and there's plenty to browse in Regent Street if your friend / partner is waiting for you during the session.

Are the candle making classes suitable for young children? 
Our workshops are not designed for children, but we’re happy to welcome children from the ages of 12+ who are accompanied by an adult also booked into the class.

Can I bring food to the workshop? 
We ask for no food to be present during the session, it's a pretty hands on experience so we wouldn't want food getting in the way.

Can I take my candle home with me on the day of the session? 
We encourage everyone to take their candles home with them on the day but they will need to set for around 30-60 minutes after the class and can be picked up any time from our main store.

I want to host a private candle making session with my friends / family / team - how do I do this?
