Points can be redeemed on any purchases, and redeemed on Earl of East brand products. Codes to redeem points are valid for 3 months and valid on purchases £12 and over. Read the full terms here:

 

 

Program Overview

  • The retailer loyalty program (Earl of East rewards) is designed to reward loyal customers for their continued patronage at our stores.

Enrolment

  • Eligible individuals may enrol in the Program at participating Earl of East stores or online by visiting earlofeast.com

Tier Structure

  • The Program consists of multiple tiers based on the level of engagement and spending by the member.
  • Tier status will reset to Tier One on a rolling 12 consecutive month basis. This rolling 12 consecutive month period is determined by the member's initial sign-up date for the Program.
  • Any accrued stars and/or unused rewards in the member's account at the time of such reset will be expired.

Earning Points

  • Members earn points based on qualifying purchases.
  • Additional points may be earned through promotional events or activities as determined by the Program.
  • Expiry date of points earned is 12 months.

Redemption of Rewards

  • Points earned can be redeemed only on Earl of East branded products.
  • Reward vouchers cannot be used alongside other discount codes.
  • Rewards are subject to availability and may change without notice.
  • Redeem points using the unique code generated.
  • All codes, including Refer a Friend are valid for 3 months and valid on purchases £12 and over.

Account Management

  • Members are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of their account information.
  • The Program reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Program's terms and conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.

Communication

  • By signing up for the Program, members consent to receive communication regarding the Program, including promotional offers and updates.

Modification and Termination

  • The Program reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program or any part thereof at any time without notice.
  • In the event of termination, any unused points or rewards will be forfeited.

Acceptance of Terms

  • By participating in the Program, members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
